Greenness Cosmetics Canada offers various shipping methods to meet your needs. We currently ship only within Canada and USA.

Unfortunately, products cannot be shipped to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.

⏱ Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding Canadian federal holidays. Packages do not require a signature upon delivery.

⚠ Hazardous Materials

Certain products including aerosols, fragrances, liquid cleansers, toners and alcohol-based products are considered hazardous materials.

Due to air transport restrictions, these items can only be shipped using Standard Shipping. If hazardous products are added to your cart, the shipping method will be automatically adjusted during checkout.

🎁 Sending a Gift

You can ship your order directly to another recipient during checkout by selecting “New Shipping Address”.

Luxury gift wrapping is available for $5 and includes a premium branded gift box with ribbon.

📍 Incorrect Address

Greenness Canada is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

Once an order has been processed, shipping details cannot be modified. If a package is returned to our distribution center after the full return process, a refund will be issued accordingly.

↩ Returns – 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

All promotional items, samples and gifts with purchase must also be returned.

Returns must be sent prepaid via Canada Post Expedited Parcel with signature.

📦 Unopened & Unused Products

  • Pack the items securely along with a copy of your invoice.
  • Returns must be prepaid. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using Canada Post for all returns.
  • Any free samples or gifts included with your order must also be returned.

Refunds are issued within 15 days after receiving your parcel. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.
